1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at moroccoprivilege.ma, creating an account, or purchasing any service from Morocco Privilege, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.

If you are booking on behalf of another person or a group, you warrant that you have authority to bind those individuals to these Terms and that you have informed them of the applicable conditions.

2. Our Services

Morocco Privilege provides premium airport FastTrack services at airports across Morocco, including but not limited to:

  • FastTrack arrival assistance (expedited immigration and customs clearance)
  • FastTrack departure assistance (priority check-in, security, and boarding)
  • Meet and Assist Premium (personal escort from aircraft to airport exit or vice versa)
  • VIP private airport transfers (vehicle with driver)
  • Baggage assistance

Service Availability

Services are available at airports listed on our website. Availability may vary by airport, terminal, airline, and flight type (international or domestic). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any airport with reasonable notice.

Domestic flight FastTrack services may be suspended or unavailable at certain airports due to ONDA (Office National Des Aeroports) regulations. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

Service Description

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions of our services. However, the exact scope of FastTrack assistance may vary depending on the airport, airline cooperation, and flight conditions on the day of service.

3. Booking and Payment

Making a Booking

To book a service, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, email address, flight details, and number of passengers. You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted. Morocco Privilege is not liable for service failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of a booking reference number. Pending bookings are not guaranteed until payment is completed and confirmed by our team.

Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout (Euro by default)
  • Prices are per service, not per passenger, unless otherwise stated
  • Infants (aged 0 to 2 years) are free of charge. If more than 2 infants are included in a booking, additional infants are charged at half the adult service price
  • VAT is applied at the rate displayed during checkout and is included in the final total
  • VIP transfer pricing is per vehicle, not per passenger
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will not be retroactively repriced

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal, credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. Payment must be completed in full before the service is rendered. Bank transfer payments must be received and confirmed at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

All payment transactions are processed securely by PayPal. Morocco Privilege does not store credit card or payment card data.

Currency

Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR). Your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees if your account is held in a different currency. Morocco Privilege is not responsible for any such fees.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before service: Full refund minus any payment processing fees
  • 24 to 48 hours before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

To cancel a booking, contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your booking reference number. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation by Morocco Privilege

In the rare event that we are unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative service date.

Flight Changes and Delays

If your flight is delayed or rescheduled, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change. If a flight is cancelled by the airline, we will reschedule or refund your service in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Modifications

Booking modifications (flight date, time, passenger count, service type) are permitted subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Modifications may result in a price adjustment.

5. Customer Obligations

To ensure the smooth delivery of our service, you agree to:

  • Arrive at the agreed meeting point at the confirmed time. A grace period of 15 minutes applies, after which the service may be considered a no-show
  • Carry a valid passport or travel document and all required visas for your destination
  • Ensure the number of passengers and amount of luggage does not exceed what was booked
  • Behave respectfully toward our staff and airport personnel
  • Follow all airport rules, regulations, and security procedures
  • Inform us of any special requirements (mobility assistance, medical needs) at the time of booking
  • Provide accurate flight information including flight number and scheduled times

Morocco Privilege reserves the right to refuse service without refund if a customer behaves in a threatening, abusive, or disruptive manner toward our staff or other passengers.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Morocco Privilege shall not be liable for:

  • Flight delays, cancellations, or diversions caused by the airline or airport authority
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, luggage, or property
  • Missed flights due to circumstances outside our direct control
  • Immigration refusal or customs detention by airport or government authorities
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
  • Losses resulting from inaccurate booking information provided by the customer
  • Service disruptions caused by airport security protocols, strikes, or acts of government

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that booking.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Force Majeure

Morocco Privilege shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, or extreme weather
  • Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
  • Government orders, travel bans, or border closures
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Airport closures or strikes by airport or airline staff
  • Power outages or major infrastructure failures

In such cases, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and offer a reschedule or credit toward a future booking.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Morocco Privilege website, including text, images, logos, graphics, icons, and software, is the property of Morocco Privilege or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

The Morocco Privilege name, logo, and “FastTrack Airport Services Morocco” are trademarks of Morocco Privilege. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. User Accounts

When you complete a confirmed booking, an account may be automatically created for you using your booking details. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials confidential
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for more than 3 years.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for data retention details.

10. Prohibited Conduct

When using our website or services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information in any booking or communication
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of our website or systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our website
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of our website
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell or transfer bookings without prior written consent
  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff
  • Impersonate any person or entity

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your booking without refund and permanent suspension of your account.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Specifically, the applicable framework includes:

  • Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection
  • Law No. 09-08 on Personal Data Protection
  • The Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts (Dahir des Obligations et Contrats)

For customers located in the European Union, your mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law are not affected by the choice of Moroccan law. For customers in other jurisdictions, any mandatory local consumer protection laws will continue to apply.

12. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any disputes quickly and amicably. If you have a complaint:

  1. Contact us first at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma. We will respond within 5 business days and attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.
  2. Mediation | if we cannot reach a resolution, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
  3. Legal proceedings | unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law in your jurisdiction.

EU customers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. For significant changes, we will also notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of our services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.
