A FastTrack airport service is a premium, personalized assistance service that allows travelers to bypass the standard public queues at Moroccan airports. Instead of waiting in line at immigration, security, customs, or check-in counters like other passengers, you are escorted through dedicated priority lanes by one of our professional agents.
The service begins the moment you land (for arrivals) or when you enter the terminal (for departures). Our agent will be holding a sign with your name and will guide you through every step of the airport process, from the aircraft door or terminal entrance all the way to your vehicle or boarding gate.
This service is ideal for business travelers, families with young children, elderly passengers, VIP clients, and anyone who values their time and wants a stress-free, seamless airport experience in Morocco.
Both services offer priority airport assistance for arriving passengers, but they differ in the level of exclusivity and where exactly our agent meets you:
- FastTrack Arrival: Our agent meets you in the arrival hall, after you exit the aircraft and walk through the jet bridge. They will escort you through priority immigration, baggage claim, customs, and to the airport exit. This is our standard premium arrival service.
- Meet and Assist Premium: This is our most exclusive arrival service. Our agent meets you directly at the aircraft aero-bridge, before any other passengers have even started walking. They will escort you through every checkpoint using the most expedited routes available, all the way to the airport exit or your waiting vehicle. This option offers the fastest and most personalized experience possible.
For departure services, we offer similar tiers with check-in assistance, priority security, and gate escort.
Yes. Morocco Privilege provides FastTrack services for both arrivals and departures. Our departure FastTrack service includes meeting you at the terminal entrance, priority check-in assistance, guiding you through the priority security lane, and escorting you to your boarding gate. This is particularly valuable at busy airports like Marrakech Menara and Casablanca Mohammed V, where standard queues during peak periods can be very long.
Depending on the service type booked, our agent will:
- Meet you at the agreed point (aircraft door, arrival hall, or terminal entrance) holding a sign with your name
- Escort you through dedicated priority immigration lanes
- Assist you at baggage claim
- Guide you through customs clearance
- Help with check-in and baggage drop (departure services)
- Escort you through priority security screening
- Accompany you to your boarding gate or waiting vehicle
- Carry hand luggage as a courtesy (subject to airport regulations)
Our agents are professional, multilingual, and experienced in navigating Moroccan airports efficiently.
Our agents speak Arabic, French, and English as standard. Many of our team members at major airports also have working knowledge of Spanish, Italian, and German. If you have specific language requirements, please mention them in the notes field when booking.
FastTrack for domestic flights is currently suspended at certain airports, including Marrakech Menara (RAK), due to regulations set by ONDA (Office National Des Aeroports du Maroc). At airports where domestic FastTrack is available, it can be booked normally through our website.
During the booking process, domestic availability is clearly shown for each airport so you always know what is available before confirming your booking.
Yes. Our service pricing is per booking, not per individual passenger, making it excellent value for groups. You can specify the number of adults, children, and infants during the booking process. For very large groups of 10 or more passengers, or for corporate delegations requiring multiple agents or special coordination, we recommend contacting us directly at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma so we can tailor a solution to your needs.
We regularly handle VIP groups, government delegations, sports teams, and corporate events across all major Moroccan airports.
Our service gives you access to dedicated priority lanes and preferential processing, which drastically reduces your time at every checkpoint compared to standard public queues. In the vast majority of cases, our clients pass through immigration and security in a fraction of the time.
However, we cannot guarantee zero waiting time in all circumstances. Airport conditions, unusual security protocols, and immigration authority decisions on specific days can occasionally cause minor delays even in priority lanes. Our agents are trained to use the fastest routes available and advocate on your behalf at every step.
Yes. Our agents assist with baggage collection at the carousel, help you through customs, and escort you with your luggage to the airport exit. For departure services, we assist with check-in baggage drop. We do not handle oversized freight, sports equipment exceeding airline limits, or prohibited items.
Morocco Privilege is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage, which remains the responsibility of the airline. We recommend always keeping your baggage claim tickets and reporting any baggage issues directly to the airline before leaving the baggage hall.
We are fully equipped to assist elderly passengers, travelers with reduced mobility, and passengers with medical conditions. Our agents can coordinate with airport wheelchair services, ensure accessible routes are used throughout, and provide patient, attentive support at every stage of the airport process.
Please mention your specific requirements in the notes section when booking, or email us in advance at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma. For wheelchair requests, we also recommend informing your airline in advance as they are responsible for providing airport wheelchair equipment.
Lounge access is not currently included in our standard FastTrack packages. However, if you require lounge access in addition to FastTrack, please contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma and we will advise on available options at your specific airport. Some airports in Morocco have dedicated VIP lounges that can be arranged separately.
Airlines occasionally provide assistance to business class passengers or specific frequent flyer tiers, but this is limited to their own flights and passengers. Morocco Privilege operates independently of any airline, which means:
- Our service is available regardless of your airline or travel class
- We provide a dedicated personal agent who focuses entirely on you and your group
- We have established relationships with airport authorities to navigate priority lanes efficiently
- Our service covers the complete end-to-end airport experience, from aircraft to vehicle and vice versa
- You receive consistent, premium service every time, not dependent on airline staff availability
Yes. We can assist transit passengers at selected Moroccan airports. Transit FastTrack can help you move quickly between terminals or gates during a layover, reducing the stress of tight connections. Please contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your transit details and we will confirm availability and advise on the best service for your connection.
Yes. Morocco Privilege agents wear professional uniforms with our company identification. They will also hold a sign or tablet displaying your name at the agreed meeting point, so you can identify them immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you cannot locate your agent, contact details are provided in your booking confirmation email.
The value of FastTrack depends on your circumstances, but the following scenarios make it particularly worthwhile:
- Peak travel periods: During summer, Ramadan, and major holidays, Moroccan airports can be extremely congested. Standard immigration queues at Marrakech and Casablanca can exceed 60 to 90 minutes. FastTrack typically reduces this to under 10 minutes.
- Tight connections: If you have a connecting flight within 2 to 3 hours, FastTrack can be the difference between catching it or missing it.
- Families with young children: Navigating a busy airport with children and luggage is exhausting. Having a dedicated agent is invaluable.
- Business travelers: Time is money. Arriving at your meeting or hotel 60 minutes earlier is often worth far more than the service fee.
- First-time visitors: If you are unfamiliar with Moroccan airports, our agent guides you through every step with no confusion.

Yes. Marrakech Menara International Airport (RAK) is our founding location and the airport where we have the deepest experience and relationships. We handle a very high volume of VIP arrivals and departures at Marrakech, including tourists, business travelers, and high-profile clients. That said, we deliver the same quality of service across all airports where we operate.
Service prices may vary between airports depending on operational costs and local airport fees. The exact price for your selected airport and service is always displayed clearly during the booking process before you confirm payment. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.
Yes. If your trip involves multiple airports in Morocco (for example, arriving in Casablanca and departing from Marrakech), you can make separate bookings for each airport. Each booking will have its own reference number and confirmation. For group trips with complex multi-city itineraries, contact us directly and we will help you plan and coordinate everything.
Possibly. Contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your airport and travel dates. We have a network of local partners across Morocco and may be able to arrange service at airports not yet listed on our website, particularly for larger groups or clients with special requirements.
Booking 10 questions
How to make, manage, and modify your Morocco Privilege booking.
Booking is quick and straightforward. Visit moroccoprivilege.ma and follow these steps:
- Select your airport and service type (arrival or departure, FastTrack or Meet and Assist)
- Enter your flight number, date, and time
- Specify the number of passengers (adults, children, infants)
- Optionally add a VIP private transfer and select your vehicle
- Enter your personal details (name, email, phone)
- Complete payment via PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer
You will receive a booking confirmation email within minutes containing your booking reference number, service summary, and PDF confirmation.
We recommend booking at least 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled service. During peak travel periods such as summer school holidays, Ramadan, Eid, and major public holidays in Europe and Morocco, we strongly advise booking several days in advance to guarantee agent availability.
For bank transfer payments, you must book at least 48 hours in advance to allow time for the transfer to be received and confirmed before your service date.
Same-day bookings may be possible in some cases for card or PayPal payments. Contact us to check availability.
To complete a booking you will need:
- Your full name as it appears on your travel document
- Your email address (for confirmation and account creation)
- Phone number (strongly recommended for day-of coordination)
- Airport name and IATA code
- Flight number
- Flight date and scheduled arrival or departure time
- Number of adults, children, and infants traveling
- Pick-up or drop-off address (if adding a VIP transfer)
Once payment is received and confirmed, your booking is automatically created and you receive a confirmation email with your unique booking reference number. Our operations team is notified and your agent is scheduled for your service date. For bookings paid by bank transfer, confirmation is sent once the transfer clears.
You can log in to your dashboard at moroccoprivilege.ma/login/ at any time to view your booking status.
Yes. Modifications to your booking are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability. This includes changes to your flight date, time, number of passengers, or service type. Send your modification request to contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your booking reference number and the new details. Price adjustments may apply if the modified service has a different cost.
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your booking reference and the correct flight details. The accuracy of your flight number and time is critical, as our agent is scheduled based on your flight data. Providing incorrect information may result in our agent being positioned at the wrong gate or terminal, which could affect your service experience.
You do not need to print anything. A digital copy of your confirmation email on your phone is sufficient. Our agent will already have your booking information and will simply verify your name. However, you are welcome to download and print the PDF confirmation available in your dashboard if you prefer a physical copy.
Yes. You can book a service for another person or for a group you are not traveling with yourself. Simply enter the traveler’s name in the passenger details section. The booking confirmation and account credentials will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure the lead passenger’s name matches their travel document exactly as our agent will use it to identify them.
Your booking reference number is a unique code in the format FT-XXXXXX-XXXXXX generated at the time of booking. It appears in your confirmation email, in your downloadable PDF, and in your online dashboard. Always include this reference number when contacting us about a booking, as it allows us to locate your reservation immediately.
Currently each booking covers one service (either arrival or departure) at one airport on one date. If you need both arrival and departure FastTrack, or services at multiple airports, you will need to submit separate bookings. Each will have its own reference number. Contact us if you need help coordinating multiple bookings for a complex itinerary.
Payment 8 questions

We do not accept cash payments at the airport. All payments must be completed online before the service date.
Absolutely. All card and PayPal payments are processed through PayPal’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Morocco Privilege never sees, stores, or processes your credit card number or banking details. Our website uses TLS encryption and HTTPS on all pages. You can verify this by the padlock icon in your browser address bar.
All prices are displayed and charged in Euro (EUR). If your bank account or PayPal account is held in a different currency, your provider will apply their standard currency conversion rate at the time of payment. Morocco Privilege is not responsible for any conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your bank. The exact Euro amount charged is always shown in your confirmation email and receipt.
Yes. VAT (currently 20%) is calculated automatically during checkout and shown as a separate line item in your order summary. The total amount displayed at checkout and charged to your card is the final all-inclusive amount, including VAT. A full VAT breakdown is included in your booking confirmation email and PDF receipt.
Yes. You will automatically receive a payment confirmation and booking summary by email after payment. A downloadable PDF invoice is also available from your dashboard at any time. If you require a formal invoice for business expense purposes, contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your booking reference and company details.
Contact us immediately at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your booking reference number and both payment confirmation details. Duplicate charges are investigated and resolved within 5 business days. The duplicate charge will be refunded to your original payment method. We recommend also checking with your bank, as sometimes a charge may appear to be duplicated due to a pending authorization that has not yet cleared.
When you select bank transfer at checkout, you will receive our bank details by email. You must initiate the transfer within 24 hours of placing the order and the funds must be received in our account at least 48 hours before your scheduled service. Your booking will remain in pending status until payment is confirmed.
Please include your booking reference number in the transfer description so we can match the payment to your order. Bookings paid by bank transfer are confirmed by email once the funds are received.
If your payment fails, your booking is not confirmed. Try the following steps:
- Check that your card details are entered correctly
- Ensure your card has not expired and has sufficient funds
- Try a different payment method (different card or PayPal account)
- Contact your bank if the card is being declined, as they may have flagged the transaction
- Try using a different browser or device
If the problem persists, email us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma and we will help you complete the booking manually.

The cancellation deadline is measured from your scheduled service time, not your flight departure time. To cancel, email contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your booking reference.
Email us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with the subject line: Refund Request | [Your Booking Reference]. Include your full name, booking reference number, service date, and the reason for the refund request. Attach supporting documents if applicable (such as airline cancellation proof). We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
Once your refund is approved, it is processed within 10 business days. After we initiate the refund, your bank or PayPal may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to credit it to your account. Total time from approval to funds in your account is typically between 5 and 20 business days, depending on your provider.
Yes. If your flight is officially cancelled by the airline, you are entitled to a full refund of your Morocco Privilege booking, or alternatively a free reschedule to a new date. You must submit proof of the airline cancellation (such as the cancellation email from the airline or a screenshot of the flight status showing cancellation) within 7 days of your original service date.
A no-show occurs when a customer fails to arrive at the agreed meeting point within 15 minutes of the confirmed time without prior notification. In this case the booking is considered used and no refund is applicable. If you are running late, contact us immediately using the phone number in your confirmation email so we can attempt to hold your agent or make alternative arrangements.
Yes. All refunds are returned to the original payment method only. PayPal payments are refunded to the PayPal account used. Card payments are refunded to the original card. Bank transfer payments are refunded to the originating bank account. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact us and we will work with you on an alternative solution.
Payment processing fees charged by PayPal or your bank are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount. These fees are typically a small percentage of the transaction value and are set by the payment processor, not by Morocco Privilege. The exact amount deducted will be stated in your refund approval notification.
In the rare event that Morocco Privilege is unable to deliver your booked service due to circumstances within our control (such as an operational issue), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full 100% refund with no deductions, or a free reschedule to a date of your choosing. We will always prioritize resolving the situation in your favor.
My Account and Dashboard 7 questions
Managing your Morocco Privilege account, login, and booking dashboard.
No. You can complete a booking without creating an account. However, once your payment is confirmed, a customer account is automatically created using your booking name and email address. Your login credentials (username and temporary password) are sent to you by email. This gives you secure access to your booking history, PDF downloads, and our messaging system.
Visit moroccoprivilege.ma/login/ and enter your username and password. Your username is your first name and last name combined in lowercase with no spaces (for example: John Doe becomes johndoe). Your initial password was sent in the account creation email you received after your first confirmed booking. We strongly recommend changing your password after your first login.
- View all your past and upcoming bookings with their current status
- Download a PDF booking confirmation for each reservation
- Send messages to our team regarding a specific booking
- Read messages and service updates sent to you by our team
- Access your complete payment and order history
- Track the confirmation status of each booking in real time
On the login page at moroccoprivilege.ma/login/, click the “Forgot password?” link and enter your email address. A password reset link will be sent to you within a few minutes. If you do not receive it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your account, contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma and we will assist you.
Yes. From your dashboard, click “Messages” on any booking to open a messaging thread directly with our team. You can ask questions, provide additional information, or report a concern. Our team receives your message as a notification in the admin panel and will reply as quickly as possible. You will also be notified by the notification indicator in your dashboard when we have sent you a message.
Yes. Your dashboard displays all bookings associated with your email address, both past and upcoming, in a single organized view. Each booking shows its reference number, service type, date, airport, status, and total amount, so you have a complete overview at a glance.
Yes. Send a deletion request to contact@moroccoprivilege.ma. We will close your account and delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please note that booking records must be retained for 7 years for legal accounting and tax purposes, but they will be anonymized and no longer linked to your personal profile. At the Airport (Day of Service) 8 questions
What to expect on the day of your FastTrack service, from meeting your agent to navigating the airport.
Your meeting point depends on your service type:
- FastTrack Arrival: Our agent meets you in the arrival hall, after you exit the jet bridge and walk through the initial arrival corridor. They will be holding a sign with your name.
- Meet and Assist Premium: Our agent meets you directly at the aircraft aero-bridge door, before you begin walking through the terminal.
- Departure FastTrack: Our agent meets you at the main entrance of the departure terminal at the confirmed time. They will be holding a sign with your name.
Exact meeting point details are confirmed in your booking confirmation email. If you cannot locate your agent within 5 minutes of arriving at the meeting point, call the contact number provided in your confirmation immediately.
You need your valid passport or national identity card and your boarding pass (for departures). Our agent will guide you through immigration, but you must present your own travel documents to the immigration officer as required by Moroccan and international border regulations. We recommend having your documents ready and easily accessible before meeting your agent.
Notify us as soon as you become aware of the delay by emailing contact@moroccoprivilege.ma or calling the contact number in your confirmation. We monitor flight information where possible and will adjust your agent’s schedule accordingly. For significant delays (more than 3 hours), we may need to reassign an agent but we will always ensure someone is available for you upon your actual arrival.
We monitor flight schedules including early arrivals where flight tracking data is available. In most cases, your agent will be aware of an early arrival and will be positioned accordingly. If you land significantly earlier than scheduled (more than 30 minutes) and your agent has not yet arrived, please wait at the designated meeting point for up to 10 minutes and call the contact number in your confirmation if needed.
First, check that you are at the correct meeting point as described in your confirmation email. If you do not see anyone holding a sign with your name within 5 minutes of arriving at the meeting point, immediately call the emergency contact number provided in your booking confirmation. Do not leave the meeting area before calling. We are available to resolve any coordination issue quickly.
Under normal airport conditions, the FastTrack process from landing to exiting the airport (arrival) typically takes between 15 and 30 minutes, compared to 60 to 120 minutes for the standard passenger queue during busy periods. Departure FastTrack from terminal entrance to boarding gate typically takes 20 to 35 minutes. These times vary depending on the airport, time of day, and volume of passengers on the day.
Yes. If you have a connecting flight at a Moroccan airport and need assistance moving between terminals or gates quickly, we can arrange a transit FastTrack service. This is booked separately and subject to availability at the specific airport. Contact us in advance at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma with your full itinerary details.
Our agents will wait at the agreed meeting point for up to 15 minutes past the confirmed meeting time. After 15 minutes without contact from the customer, the booking may be marked as a no-show. If you know you will be late, contact us before the 15-minute window expires. We will always try to accommodate you if we are notified in time.
VIP Airport Transfer 7 questions

We offer a range of premium private vehicles:
- Hyundai H1 — seats up to 6 passengers, ideal for families and small groups
- Mercedes Viano / Vito — seats up to 6 passengers, comfortable executive minivan
- Mercedes Class E — seats up to 4 passengers, classic executive sedan
- Mercedes Class S — seats up to 4 passengers, our most prestigious and exclusive vehicle
All vehicles are air-conditioned, impeccably maintained, and driven by professional licensed drivers. You can view photos and capacities for each vehicle during the booking process.
No. The VIP transfer is an optional add-on service. During the booking process, after selecting your FastTrack service, you will be offered the option to add a private transfer. If you add one, the transfer price is shown clearly in your order summary and added to your total before payment. You can also book FastTrack without a transfer if you have your own transport arranged.
The transfer price is per vehicle, not per passenger. This means you and your entire travel group share the vehicle at a single fixed price, making it excellent value for families or groups. The price is the same whether there is 1 passenger or the maximum capacity of the selected vehicle.
For arrival transfers, the driver takes you from the airport directly to the address you specify in your booking — your hotel, riad, private residence, business address, or any location in the city. For departure transfers, the driver picks you up from your specified address and takes you to the airport departure terminal. Please ensure the pick-up address is accurate and includes the full street address including building name if applicable.
Each vehicle has a listed luggage capacity shown on the booking page. If you have more luggage than your chosen vehicle can comfortably accommodate, we recommend selecting a larger vehicle or contacting us in advance. Oversized items such as sports equipment, surfboards, or very large suitcases should be mentioned at the time of booking so we can confirm the appropriate vehicle.
Yes. Our VIP transfer service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays. Your driver is scheduled based on your confirmed flight time. If your flight arrives at 03:00 in the morning, a professional driver will be waiting for you. If your flight arrives earlier than expected, please notify us so we can coordinate accordingly.
Yes. If you need a child seat or booster seat, please mention this in the notes section when booking or email us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma in advance. We will do our best to arrange this, though availability may vary by location. For safety, we recommend specifying the child’s age and approximate weight so we can provide the appropriate seat.
Privacy and Data Protection 4 questions
How Morocco Privilege handles your personal information in compliance with GDPR and international data protection regulations.
We collect only the personal data necessary to deliver our services. This includes your name, email address, phone number, flight details, and passenger count for booking purposes. Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal and is never stored on our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Booking records are retained for 7 years to comply with Moroccan accounting and tax regulations. Account data is kept while your account is active and for 2 years after your last login. You may request deletion of your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal profile data is removed but anonymized booking records may be retained for legal compliance purposes.
Yes. Morocco Privilege complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, CCPA (California), PIPEDA (Canada), and applicable data protection laws in other jurisdictions. EU and UK residents have the right to access, correct, delete, and port their personal data. If you have a data-related request or complaint, contact us at contact@moroccoprivilege.ma. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority.
